Brent Yurtkuran, CPM, CCIM 
President


Brent Yurtkuran has been in the real estate industry since 2001 where he began his career starting a local property management firm. While leading a team of 39 employees, Brent expanded operations to service the entire states of Mississippi, Alabama, & Tennessee. Since 2008, Brent co-founded B & B Management Group with the objective to service multifamily properties in need of strong management by developing strategies and implementing plans intended to maximize asset performance in secondary and tertiary markets. Since the onset of B & B Management Group, the firm has been extremely active and highly successful in this endeavor. 

Brent attended Mississippi State University graduating with a degree in Business Management. In 2004, Brent became the second youngest person to earn the title of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Brent also earned the title of Certified Commercial Investment Member in 2009 and is the President for Mississippi’s chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Brent currently serves as managing partner for B & B Management Group and oversees all management operations of the company.

Brandi Manning brings over 20 years of property management experience to B&B Management Group, Brandi is known for her extensive knowledge of property operations, am building skills, and financial modeling. Prior to joining B&B Management Group, Brandi had been responsible for operations of over 10,000 apartment units throughout the southeast. 

Some of Brandi's additional track record includes strong skills in the area of planning, implementing policies and procedures for best practice, budgets and financial reviews, staff supervisions and professional development. Brandi's accomplishments include obtaining the Certified Property Manager and Advanced Ram designations as well as serving as president of various boards included IREM and MS Multifamily Council.
